We offer lessons for children starting at 18 months, as well as teens and adults who want to improve their swimming skills. Our programs are tailored to each individual’s abilities, ensuring safe and effective instruction at every age and level.

We provide both private and semi-private lessons:

• Private Lessons: One-on-one instruction designed for focused, results-driven progress. Ideal for swimmers working toward specific goals such as water safety, stroke refinement, confidence building, or rapid skill advancement. With personalized attention and a customized lesson plan, your child receives the structure, accountability, and expert guidance needed to achieve measurable results as efficiently as possible.

• Semi-Private Lessons: Small group instruction with just two swimmers. Students must be paired with a partner of similar skill level to ensure effective learning and progress. This option provides personalized attention at a lower cost while still supporting skill development and confidence.

The Swimzy Guarantee Package is a structured 4-week private swim program consisting of three (3) sessions per week, totaling twelve (12) sessions. The program is specifically designed to help your child achieve a foundational swim milestone: independently jumping into the pool and returning to the wall without assistance.

If your child completes all twelve (12) scheduled sessions and has not yet achieved the milestone, Swimzy will provide up to four (4) additional private sessions at no additional charge.

To remain eligible for the guarantee, your child must attend all three (3) sessions every week for the duration of the program. Failure to attend the required three sessions per week, for any reason, will result in forfeiture of guarantee eligibility.

Absolutely. Our Swimzy Discovery is the perfect starting point — a private 30 minute session where we evaluate your child's current swimming ability, identify exactly what they need to improve, and deliver their first personalized lesson. There is no commitment required. If you decide to subscribe to one of our monthly programs same day, your $75 Discovery is credited toward your first month. Private Discovery is $75 and Semi-Private Discovery is $60 per student for siblings or friends learning together.

• Private lessons are ideal for swimmers who benefit from complete one on one attention with zero distractions. Semi-private lessons are designed for two swimmers — typically siblings or friends at a similar skill level — who learn well together. Each swimmer still receives their own individual evaluation and personalized progress plan. If you are unsure which format is right for your child, contact us and we will help you decide.

We understand that life happens. Each monthly subscription includes one complimentary reschedule per month with at least 24 hours notice. Simply contact us directly via text or email and we will do our best to find a replacement time within the same week, subject to availability. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or beyond the monthly reschedule allowance are subject to forfeiture. Exceptions are made for illness or family emergencies at our discretion.

Progress depends on several factors including your child's current ability level, age, comfort in the water, and consistency of attendance. That said, most swimmers begin showing noticeable improvement within the first 3 to 4 weeks of consistent instruction. Swimmers on our Swimzy Accelerate plan — two lessons per week — typically progress significantly faster than once a week due to the increased frequency of instruction. The single most important factor in your child's progress is showing up consistently every week. Swimmers who attend every scheduled lesson and stay committed to their program reach their goals faster than anything else we can offer.
